Nung 2019 nangutang po ako sa banko ng halagang 80k po sa kadahilanang na may nang inganyo sakin sa mag negosyo at ininganyo din po ako na mangutang sa banko tutulungan niya ako daw na mapalago yung pera na mauutang ko , ako namay pumayag ngayon hindi ko nabayaran yung utang sa pagkat ako ay naloko nun naghati kami sa pera binigyan ko yung nanloko sakin ng 25 % ng nakuha ko na pera maganda ang usapan naman subalit nung nakuha na niya ang pera at nanghingi pa ng dagdag suma tutal ang nakuha sakin na pera ay uambot sa 50k mga 28k na lang yung natira sakin naubos ko to at hindi na nabayaran yung banko , ang kinikita ko ngayon ay hindi kakasya para sa pamilya ko kumikita lang ako ng kumulang sa 10k kada buwan , wala akong kakayahan makapagbayad ngayon tanong ko maari ba akong makulong ?

Depende naman po yan if anong kaso ang ipafile ng bangko laban sa inyo if Criminal maaring may kulong or if Civil case for collection kung walang pera to pay the whole obligation maaring they will run after your property. Mas mabuting siguro na puntahan po ninyo ang bank at mag explain po sa kanila. Magmakaawa po kayo na ireconstruct nalang po ang inyong loan agreement at you will pay kahit kunti every month and ask if possible no interest nalang po. In this way makikita naman po nila yung willlingness po ninyo to pay baka hindi nalang po sila mag pafile na kaso.
