May anak po ako sa pagkadalaga at 5 yrs old na siya. I just got married po and my husband wants my daughter to use his last name. Pero nasa abroad po asawa ko ngayon. Can i process it even if my husband is not around at ano process if ever allowed? Gusto ko po sana maayos kasi yung last name ng anak ko sa birth certificate niya at magamit na din nya sa school bago siya mag elementary? Thanks po sa sagot
