3 weeks na hindi pa rin nawawala ung maga sa braso ko nadulas kasi ako at naitukod ko yung siko nung bumagsak ako sa floor hanggang ngyn hndi ko p rin magalaw ng maayos yung braso ko nung nag pa xray ako wala naman bali at wala dislocation..ano po b ggwin ko para bumalik sa dati lakas ng braso ko?

Hi po! As an immediate advise to your problem, maari po kayong gumamit ng ice. e-cold compress niyo po yung apektadong braso.

Napatingnan niyo po ba sa doktor ang naging resulta ng xray? Kahit po kasi hindi kayo nagkabali, malamang ay na-sprain o strain niyo po ang braso niyo. Nagdedepende po kasi sa degree ng sprain/strain ang recovery period at management na maipapayo ng doktor. For example, ang mild sprain ay gumagaling sa loob ng 2 hanggang 6 na linggo. May mga gamot na nakakawala ng sakit at maga gaya ng ibuprofen. Usually rin po ina-advice ang 'R-I-C-E' technique. Itanong niyo po sa Doktor na mapuntahan niyo :) To be on the safe side, HUWAG niyo po itry e manage sa bahay nang wala pong advise ng doktor. Patingin po kayo.
