Translation: I don't feel any symptoms of tuberculosis, but based on X-ray results, I have TB. Is this possible?

Yes its very possible. You need to go see your Doctor as soon as possible and get fully tested and started on medications to treat your disease before it spreads.
Most importantly as well not to spread this highly infectious disease to all those around you.

Kind regards,

Dr Osman
