Paano po ako makakatulog ng maayos sa gabi? Paghiga ko po sa tuwing gabi, marami naiisip na kung ano anong bagay na hindi naman importante. Saka pagnakatulog naman po ako hindi mahimbing kasi parang laging buhay ang diwa ko. Ano po kaya ang dapat kung gawin?

Maigi din po na maglinis kayo ng katawan bago matulog para mas komportable po at mas maayos ang tulog niyo. maari din po kayong makinig ng mga relaxing na kanta na nakakatulong para ma relax po ang isip niyo. Regular exercise din po ay mabisa para sa mas magandang pakiramdam.
