Hi doc tanong ko lang po bagong panganak lang po misis ko cs, mahigit two weeks na oo syang may regla,normal lang po ba yon? Ano po bang dapat nyang gawin para tumigil n ang regla nya?


Question: My wife just gave birth. It's been two weeks since my wife has been having menstruation continuously. Is this normal? What should she do so that the bleeding will stop?

Normal na may lalabas na vaginal discharge (galing sa uterus) pagkatapos manganak, pati mga cesarian section. Tumatagal ito ng ilang linggo. Unti-unti rin ito mawawala hanggang sa maging konting white o yellow white discharge nalang. Kadalasan tumatagal ang paglabas ng lochia ng mga 2-4 weeks, pero may ibang babae na nagkaka-spotting parin ng ilang linggo pa.
