Bakit po may Trace-Intact po ang Blood? Babae po ako at 29 years old. Ok po ba ang result? Salamat po.

Unang tanong po, ano po ang reason bakit kayo nagpa Urinalysis ? Meron po ba kayong nararamdaman? Mahapdi po ba ang inyong pag-ihi? Parang nababalisawsaw?

Generally, wala ako nakikita na masama sa resulta ng iyong examination sa ihi.

Minsan normal na may nakikitang dugo sa ihi ng isang tao, lalo na sa mga kababaihan. Ito'y nangyayari kapag ikaw ay napagod, nag-ehersisyo, at na dehydrate. 5 red blood cells ay tinuturing pang normal sa babae. At yung 5 RBC na nakita sa ihi ay nadetect as Trace.

ang Trace-Intact na sinasabi sa resulta ay hindi nakakabahala. Intact meaning yung mga dugo sa ihi ay buo at hindi sira. Gaya ng sinabi ko normal ang resulta ng iyong ihi.

Suggestion : 1.) Uminom ng 1.5 liters /24 oras ng tubig araw-araw para makaiwas sa sakit sa bato.

2.) Ulitin ang urinalysis after one month para i check kung meron pang nakikitang dugo sa ihi.

Mraming salamat po sa sagot Doc! nag urinalysis po ako pra po sa requirment ng bagung trabaho ppasukan ko. wala nman po ako nramdaman na masakit. napansin ko lang po na may Trace intact nkalagay sa Blood, kya po tinanong ko at nalaman na ibig sabihin ng trace intact merong red blood cells. buti po at normal lang po yung 5 na nkita. Salamat po sa payo..pilitin ku po uminum ng mraming tubig

Nag-urinalysis din po ako, Doctor. 200+ po ang protein. Masama po ba ito?

Ang normal po na resulta ng urinalysis ay dapat wala pong protein na lumalabas sa ating ihi. Dapat pa ay lahat ng protein sa dugo ay mafifilter ng kidney at hindi lalabas sa ihi.

Mahirap po masabi kung ano ang maaring sakit mo unless na ibigay mo sa akin ang completong resulta ng iyong urinalysis. Protein sa ihi ay maaring dahil sa pagehersisyo, dehydration or kidney disease.

Meron po ba kayong hypertension or diabetes? Ano po ang edad nyo?

Kailangan po na maganda and control nyo ng diabetes upang di masira ang kidney mo. Dahil ikaw ay 35 pa lang, bata ka pa at kailangan mo siguraduhin na laging below 120 mg/dl and sugar mo upang makasiguro na manatili na maganda and kidney function mo.

Kailangan mo din i-monitor ang blood creatinine level mo and urinalysis kada tatlong buwan. Gaya ng sinabi lo diabetes ang most common na dahilan na nasisira ang kidney at nangangailangan ng dialysis.

Sa panahon ngayon, malimit ginagawa ang urinalysis (UA) gamit ang computer automation reading, na maaaring magresulta sa report na trace o moderate bacteria. Kaya, sa kabuuan, hindi naman dapat ikabahala itong urinalysis result, pero maaaring may posibleng contamination, na karaniwan sa mga babaeng sexually active. Kaya mas mabuti kung magpatingin ka sa ob-gyn o urologist, upang sa masuri mabuti.
