Wala namang problema siguro sa pagkuha ng passport kahit na may pending case kasi kung may hold departure man immigration na kasi ang haharang sa iyo na hindi ka pwedeng lumabas. Dapat sana may update ka sa kaso mo ang theft na kaso nakadepende kasi sa value ang penalty at jurisdiction sa court.
