Depende kasi yan sa policy ng insurance minsan nagbibigay sila ng ilang months na palugit sa pagbabayad ng premium kahit na naglapse na to. Maaring di naman makatarungan ang pabayarin ng 1M ang nanay mo dahil sa 70k lang na perang kanyang nadispalko baka may kapabayaan din ang Insurance Company tungkol dito ngunit kailangan paring managot sya maari kasing makasuhan sya ng civil o criminal case depende na yan sa decision ng Insurance company. Kung maari makipag areglo nalang na bayaran ninyo ang kanyang nadispalko ayon sa kakayahan ninyong bayaran ito. Kung sakali ring makasuhan sya ng criminal case like estafa kailangan na ninyong kumuha ng isang pribadong abogado na tutulong sa inyo o magpatulong sa PAO nagbibigay ng libreng serbisyo sila tungkol sa mga kriminal case.
