Ang NBI clearance sa Pilipinas ay isang dokumentong inilabas ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) na nagpapatunay na ang taong pinangalanan sa clearance ay walang derogatory record o hindi naresolbang kaso sa database ng NBI.
Kung ang isang kaso laban sa iyo ay na-dismiss dalawang taon na ang nakalipas, maaaring hindi na ito lalabas sa iyong NBI clearance, basta't maayos itong naitala sa database ng NBI na na-dismiss na (‘dismissed’).
Gayunpaman, pinakamabuti pa rin na direktang i-check sa NBI upang ma-verify ang katayuan ng iyong record.

Not sure about such comment but for as long as may kaso po kayo at dismissed na makikita pa rin yan kaya lang if you have submitted court clearance and desisyon ng korte po sa NBI office sa system nila makikita na dismissed na but if not appear sa NBI clearance po ninyo.
