Ngayon po ay kailangan na naming hatiin at patituluhan ang lupang naiwan sa amin. 3 na lang kaming buhay na anak, ang 5 ay patay na. Ibig po ninyong sabihin ng naipamana na sa isang anak ang 1/4 na parte ito po ba ay may kasulatan gaya ng will testament or kaya Deed of Donation. If by way of Will and testament kailangan ipaaprove pa yan sa court bako pa mahati. So if walang document lahat pa rin kayong mga heirs should equally share it. Bawat magkakapati equal if wala na po ang kapatid but may mga anak sila po ang magrepresent sa corresponding share po ng nawalang kapatid. If maliit lang ang lupa mas mabuting ibenta nalang at hatiin nalang ang proceeds po nito.
