PAANO PO ANG GAGAWIN KO?

Kasal na po ako at may roong anak sa kanya (3 years old/bunsong anak) at meron po akong anak sa pagkadalaga (6years old/panganay na anak) ang kanyang surmane ay surname ng kanyang totoong tatay.

Tanong ko lang po. Matagal na po ang aking asawa sa Canada at pwede na po kaming kuhain. Posibleng makuha din po ba ang aking anak na panganay? Kung hindi man po, ano po ang pupwede naming gawin para maging successfull kaming makuha lahat.

I am not knowledgeable regarding sa law and requirements sa Canada especially kung sino at ano ang mga qualification ng mga applicants na makapunta sa kanilang lugar. I would suggest to visit their immigration office po. If you are married naman with your husband and you have children either legitimate or illegitimate I think allowed naman siguro there are only requirements to comply po.
