Paano po mapapawalang bisa ang bigamous Married, magiging legal po ba ang bigamous Married pag namatay na unang pinakasalan?

My partner po ako now.  Siya po ay kasal na at hiwalay na rin po sila. Pero last 2021 nalaman po niya na meron po palang naunang kasal ang babae na kakamatay lang last 2021. Napansin niya po kasi ito na saka nagpalit ng surname niya noong namatay na ang unang naging asawa. Ng ipacheck niya po last year ang cenumar ng babae ay 2 record po ng married. So sa makatuwid po ay null and void ang kasal nila from very beginning. At last year lang po niya yun nalaman ng ipacheck niya ang record ng babae sa PSA. Ngayon po ay naninidigan ang babae na valid na yung kasal niya sa partner ko kasi namatay na ang una niyang asawa. Pero sa pagkakaalam ko po ay hindi po magiging valid ang bigamous married kahit pa namatay na una niyang pinakasalan kasi naikasal sila ng partner ko ay buhay pa ang unang asawa at valid pa kasal  nila. Ngayon po atty. Sana po matulungan nyo kami kung papaano ang tamang proceso para mapawalang bisa ang kasal niya which my grouds na po as bigamous married null and void from very beginning. Mgkano po kaya ang maggastos. Maraming salamat po.

Gusto ko pong linawin ang valid ang first marriage ang second lang ang void however hindi naman po automatic na magiging void dahil bigamous kailangan ipadeclare pa ito sa court. Now, you will need a private lawyer to handle this. Depende po yung charge ng lawyer kung magkano po much better malapit lang din kung saan kayo resident dahil sa Regional Trial Court naman ito ipafile where you belong. Mas mabuting makipag usap sa lawyer for guidance lalo na po sa pagsecure ng mga requiements needed to file in court.
