Medyo confuse lang sa facts sinabi po ninyong natapos ang kaso sa anong paraan natapos po ito? Ito ba ay nafile talaga sa court or hindi lang dahil naayos ito. If hindi naman ito naifile sa court maaring hindi muna lang dapat isulat pa sa Police clearance. Kaya lang if naifile talaga sa court ang kaso po ninyo maaring isulat mo ito depende kung anong uri ng kaso kriminal or kaya Civil case. Kahit hindi mo pa isulat the Police station ay maaring may record naman po siguro sa inyo lalo na if criminal case po ito so, sila na mismo will put a note in your clearance but if hindi naman humantong sa korte maaring huwag mo na lang isulat ito.
