Hi, unang-una ng namatay ang ama mo automatic ang ina mo at lahat kayong magkakapatid legitimate/illegitimate ay tinuturing na compulsory heirs sa lahat ng property na pag aari ng mga magulang mo. Ibig sabihin nito ito ay isang pagkilala sa mga heirs ng ama mo at pagpapaubaya sa kanilang mana para sa iyo. Lahat sila at ikaw ay pepirma nito. Ito ang gagamitin mo sa pagpatitulo ng bahay at lupa ayon sa pangalan mo. Maari kang kumuha ng abogado para gawin ito. Ito ay mas simple at praktikal gawin sa sitwasyon mo.
