The presumption kasi is the accused is innocent until proven guilty po. Kaya lang if you can prove that you have done everything to contact them or you have visited their office pero wala na sila and you cannot send your complaint by a message except by posting a comment on their page maaring hindi ito libelous provided totoo po lahat ng sinasabi po ninyo. Depende how you posted it is it with intention to cause dishonor or ipahiya sila? They may have cause of action against you but you have counter statements naman po kung bakit po ninyo nagawa iyon. Mas mabuting unahan mo nalang na magfile ng complaint sa kanila if truly may basihan po ang inyong reklamo. Magpatulong na lang po kayo sa abogado na malapit sa inyo para rin naman maevaluate kung ano ang tamang hakbang na gagawin po.
