Nag post po kaibigan ko sa Facebook "unta tulison Kang buanga ka" (hope someone will holdap "buanga ka") pero walang pangalan pong pangalan na naka Lagay pero pilit pa Rin sinasabi niya na siya Ang tinutokoy sa post. Sinabihan pa niya kaibigan ko na may kakayahan daw po Silang mag bayad ng Abogado At sabi pa niya na police general daw Yung uncle niya. Pilit pong pinapaunawa sa taong Yun na hindi siya Ang tinutokoy pero nag file pa din siya ng libel case sa kaibigan ko. Ano po ba dapat naming Gawin? Wala po kaming kakayahan na kumuha ng Abogado.
Pwede po ba kasuhan Ang tao ng libel kahit nag explain na Yung tao na hindi Naman siya Ang tinotukoy sa fb post?

Ito talaga ang common mistake ng mga tawo huwag ninyong gawin ang sosyal media para ilabas ang mga galit ninyo sa iba dahil baka it will worsen only your problem. Now, if yan lang ang nakapost not identifiable kung sino ang tinutukoy it will be dismissed po unless there are other statements or picture na naipost to support na ang taong yan ang tinutukoy. If I were you i delete nalang po ang nasabing post baka kasi sa comment section nito you were able to post comment that support the identity of the person. If ever this case will prosper pwede naman po kayong magpatulong sa mga PAO lawyers po.
