If you are already a citizen there you can file for a divorce in the country where you are a foreign citizen already with your marriage and pwede na po kayong mag asawa if it will grant you the capacity to remarry. Ganun din sa asawa mo sa Pilipinas if malalaman niya at may mga supporting documents na granted na ang divorce mo diyan magagamit po niya ito para makapag asawa muli dito. Kung legal separation ang ipapafile mo dito uuwi ka talaga but hindi ka pwede mag asawa uli. Unlike for petition for annulment if granted pwede na po kayong mag asawa kapag may decree na po nito.
