May binenta po kasi sakin na lupa ngunit rights lang po ang meron sya dahil naka-mother title pa daw po ito, agricultural land kumbaga marami sila naawardan ng lupa at mahigit 20years na nung naawarad sakanila, pwede ko po ba itong mapagawan ng sariling titulo? salamat po sa tutugon.

Pwede naman but ito ay dadaan sa mahabang proseso. Dahil sinabi mong mother title palang ito kailangan mag execute ang lahat ang heirs ng Extrajudicial settlement you need a lawyer para gawin ito dahil dapat notarized din. Kailangan po rin ipasukat ang lupang bibilhin mo. Mas mabuting i check mo ang Title nito sa Registry of Deeds ng Munispyo kung saan ang lupa ay matatagpuan para maverify para kasi naibenta/naisangla na rin ito sa iba.
pinacheck ko naman po sa Registry of deeds okay naman po sya hindi naman po sya nabenta or naisangla sa iba, sa ngayon po deed of sale at rights lang po hawak ko na may notarya ng abogado, pwede ko na po ba ito mapatayuan ng bahay? salamat po.
