May kaso po kasi yung kapatid ko shoplifting at nag apply po siya nang probation, ang sabi po sakanya sa probation office kumuha daw po siya nang police clearance pwede po ba yun? Hindi po ba siya huhulihin?

If nag apply ng probation at duly served na okay ibig sabihin nacomplete na niya ang mga pinapagawa sa probation office okay lang naman na kumuha ng police clearance tapos na yung sentence po niya. Kahit paman kasalukuyang nagkocomply siya sa probation okay lang naman kasi tapos na ang kaso. Kaya lang if hindi siya nagcomply sa condition imposed ng probation office maaring dadakpin po siya at magserve sa sentence na dapat po niyang pagsilbihan sa jail kung hindi lang po naapproved yung probation niya kasi nag violate siya sa condition.
