Bailable po ba ang kaso na qualified theft sa amount na 141 thousand pesos? At pwede po ba na hindi na makulong paglabas ng warrant? Pwede po ba makafile na po agad ng bail? Sa totoo po kasi may kaso po ako kinakaharap now, nasa fiscal napo sya at di naman po ako magcounter affidavit nakikiusap pa po ako sa company kung pwede po na settlement nalang kaso po wala pa din po silang sagot until now. Pwede po ba na makiusap sa kanila sa harap ng fiscal, at ang fiscal ay mag bigay comment na pumayag na lang sila or pag nasampa na po ba sa court possible pa din po ang settlement? Kung sakali po maisampa sa court nag kaso di tska po sila pumayag ng settlement mabubura din po ba ang record or meron na po yung for life? salamat po sana sa sasagot po...

Yes, you can file bail as soon as the information is filed in court. If you have a lawyer or kahit ikaw mismo pwede mo namang tawagan ang office of the prosecutor try to follow up if may resolution na ba sila either nadismiss or for filing in court na. If it is for filing magpost ka agad ng bail kung saan ito nakaraffle na court. It is better to negotiate with the complainant in the prosecutor's office palang na mag execute nalang ng affidavit of desistance to avoid filing it in court. Once it is filed in court it will affect your criminal record na.
