Usually the company will shoulder the cost of pre-employment medical exam but in your case subject for refund if may certification kana for fit to work. I have no idea about your illness bakit hesitant ang company na i accept ka baka it will affect your work. They have to make sure actually na hindi ka nila liability by the time na you are onboard baka mas lalo lang lumala ang sakit mo. Kahit naman may maintenance na gamot hindi naman ground for refusal to accept you as long as hindi ito sagabal sa iyong pagtatrabaho. Now,in case hindi ka talaga nila tatanggapin at hindi magrerefund sa iyo kahit na may fit to work certification dahil lang sa may maintenance kana pwede mo itong ireport sa opisina ng POEA at sila na ang mag investigate nito.
