Hindi kasal ang nanay at tatay ko (5 kaming magkakapatid). parehong pangalan ng magulang ko ang nakalagay sa titulo ng lupa ng aming bahay. noong pagkamatay ng tatay ko ay pinatira ng nanay ko ang nobyo niya sa loob ng pamamahay namin. ang aming ina ay unti-unti ring pinalalayas at inaalisan ng karapatan kaming magkakapatid. ngayong mayroon na silang dalawang anak ng nobyo niya at kasalukuyan pa ring naninirahan sa pamamahay namin, mayroon bang karapatang manirahan sa bahay namin ang nobyo at mga anak ng aking ina? dahil pinalayas kami sa sarili naming pamamahay.

Kayo po ay may karapatan po sa nasabing bahay bilang heirs ng inyong tatay. Maaring kalahati po sa nasabing property ay share ng inyong tatay at ang kalahati naman po sa inyong nanay. So sa share po ng inyong nanay dahil buhay pa po siya, may karapatan siyang patirahin ang ang mga anak sa nobyo niya at any nobyo dahil may consent niya. Kung baga co-owners kayo sa nasabing property po kaya wala pwede makapag papalayas sa inyo po.
