Kailangan pong makita at maexamine ang mga skin lesions sa iyong singit o pwet mo para masabi kung ano ito. Magkaiba po ang psoriasis sa STD: iba po ang itsura nito at ang gamutan na kailangan para rito. Ang pagkakaroon ng skin lesions sa singit at pwet ay hindi agad na STD, maaaring ito ay fungal infection o ibang sakit ng balat. Hindi kadalasan nakikita ang psoriasis sa singit at pwet.
