Swindling - Estafa case?

Usually po ba tinttext lang ang notice sayo from court? 
May nareceive po kasi akong text msg, may nagfile daw po sa akin ng estafa case, dipo ba scam to?

Pero kinakabahan din ako kasi, last job ko from my previous company is nag awol ako since then dina pumasok though nag send naman po ako ng resignation letter. Probationary palang po ako sa company na yun...

Sana po may maka sagot.

This is to inform you that a Plaintiff/Complainant has filed a Criminal Case of (Swindling - Estafa) under Article 315 of the REVISED PENAL CODE (RPC) against you.
Consider this as Preliminary investigation as inquiry or proceeding to determine whether there is sufficient ground to engender a well-founded belief that a crime has been committed and the respondent is probably guilty thereof, it should be held for trial.
You are enjoined to exececute POSSIBLE LEGAL ARRANGEMENT by September.12 2022, after the expiration of such time you are directed to make a report thereon to this court and in case of failure to execute the same, you are adhere to assuance of SUBPOENA /WARRANT OF ARREST.
Everyone who have received this notice is involved and subjected for foregoing investigation.

So far wala pa namang revision sa rules of court na subpoena/summons shall be send through text po rules provides either send through registered mail or personal service. This kind of text is usually scam. Pwede naman talaga ninyo directly tanungin/puntahan ang court na nakasaad dito but normally you can received subpoena at your residence address and be given 10 days to file your counter-affidavit if they truly filed a case against you po.
