Mag 2 Months na po na bardo ang ilong ko dahil sa sipon (Tuyong sipon). Halos isang butas lang po ng ilong ko ang gumagana. Tapos mag minsan po is nahihirapan po ako mag take ng deep breath. Nakaka deep breath lang po ako MINSAN pag sa bibig. Ano po kaya magandang sulusyon or Home remedies para dito. At ano mo ang sakit ko salamat. Po.

Ang nararamdaman po ninyo ay nasal congestion na madalas nararamdaman sa common cold, sinusitis o rhinitis. Siguraduhin pong well hydrated kayo; uminom ng maraming tubig upang hindi maging malapot ang sipon at plema. Palagi ring ilabas ao isinga ang sipon o plema upang di maipon sa loob ng ilong. Ang isa pang home remedy na pwede ninyong gawin ay steam inhalation - langhapin po ang usok ng mainit na tubig. Ingat lang po at baka kayo ay mapaso. Kung di pa rin po nawawala, pwede po kayong uminom ng mag gamot na decongestant katulad ng paracetamol+phenlypropanolamine+chlorphenamine. Ang hirap sa malalim na paghinga ay dahil sa baradong ilong ninyo. Kung di pa rin po nawawala, maaaring kayo ay may nasal polyp na. Kailangan po itong macheck ng isang ENT-ORL para maexamine, maaari kayong bigyan ng mga gamot na spray sa loob ng ilong.
