Hi all kabayan, Please advice me with my problem. I have a girlfriend na nasa Kuwait. Naging galante ako sa kanya, I showered her with gifts like cash. Minsan din siya nag ask ng help financially ang sabi is utang niya daw. We did not put the loan in writing, mga messages lang sa text and facebook and resibo sa bank na ako ay nagbigay sa kanya ng cash.Then early this year nag kahiwalay din kami due to an affair with her ex husband.Nasa US ako while nasa Kuwait siya while pinapadala ko mostly ang mga pera sa kanya. Gusto ko sana mabawi mga nabigay ko sa kanya if pwede. At kung pwede anong case pwede i file? Pwede ba fraud to abuse of convidence ma file ko? Balak ko sana mag file ng case sa kanya kapag naka uwi ako sa Pinas at pag uwi niya. Thanks at sana mabigyan nyo ako ng payo.

In my opinion, you can only demand payment of the money na sinabi mong loan ng gf mo. File a case of collection in court present all evidence na nagpapatunay na may utang siya sa iyo. You can use all receipts and other money transactions as eveidence. Kailangan mong maghire ng isang lawyer para ifile ang kaso sa korte. As to yong sinasabi mong mga gifts na binibigay bakit mo babawiin yon kusa mo itong binigay. However, nasa sa iyo na yan. Your lawyer can handle everything for you.
