Vegetarian for 2 weeks , having stomach pain now.

) I've been a vegetarian for 2 weeks now . I do not have any problem on my first week. i feel light and good. The problem comes on the 2nd week. i feel pain and discomfort in my stomach , I've done some research and according to it, its a common problem of most vegetarian . what should i do to relieve it. I don't want to eat the poor cow again.

Hi! Maybe your digestive system is reacting to the abrupt change in the your diet. Maybe you can try gradually tapering you meat consumption for now. Veggies are rich in fiber, so you also have to hydrate yourself para hindi ma constipate.-
