Pinili ko nalang na umuwi ako. Wala ako nilabag na kahit anung patakaran ng kumpanya. Maayos ang aking pagttrabaho. Nakauwi ako noong November 4 2017. May kontrata akong 2 taon. May habol po ba ako sa kanila?

Sa ilalim po ng Labor laws ng Pilipinas, kapag mayroon kayong pinirmahan na contract of employment, kung ano ang nakasaad doon na pasuweldo, iyon ang dapat ninyong tanggapin. Mula 1st month hanggang sa 24th month noong inyong 2-year contract.
Kung sa kalagitnaan ng inyong kontrata, baguhin nila ang inyong salary rate, at kayo ay na-repatriate o napa-uwi dahil sa hindi na ninyo masikmurang magtrabaho sa suweldo na mas mababa, maaari po kayong magreklamo sa NLRC. Ito po kasi ay considered na breach ng employment contract ninyo at dahil sa kayo'y napa-uwi, kayo ay considered na terminated without just cause.
Pumunta po kayo sa pinakamalapit na sangay ng NLRC at doon kayo'y maghabla. Kung wala po kayong abogado, kayo po ay sumangguni sa pinakamalapit na Public attorney's office. Sila po ay may mga abogado na humaharap sa NLRC.
