Typically ang Menstrual Cycle ng isang babae ay 25-32 days, average ay 28 days. Ang pagbilang ay mula sa unang araw ng iyong huling regla. Day 1-7 (madalas 3-7): pagreregla ng kababailhan Day 8-12: ang paghahanda at pangangapal ng matres para sa posibilidad ng pagbubuntis. Day 14 (day 12-16): ang ovulation o paglabas ng itlog mula sa obaryo. Ito din ang panahon kung saan ang babae ay matuturing na fertile o maaring magdalang-tao kung nakipagtalik sa mga araw na ito.
