Kung kayo po ay isang Canadian citizen na, you don't have to have your marriage annulled. You can divorce your husband from Canada. All you need are authenticated documents (marriage certificate, etc.). These must be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy. Also, you will need to notify your husband that you are divorcing him and give him the opportunity to file an answer or a reply to your petition for a divorce.

Naikasal po ako s edad na 17 years old. Dahil sa kagustuhan ng mga magulang ko. At pagtungtung ko ng 18 years old nailabas po Ang aming marriage certificate. Ngaun po 7 years na kaming hiwalay. Gusto ko po mag file ng annulment.. anu po ba ang mabisang paraan para s mabilis na proseso ng annulment.? Ngayon ako ay nagtatrabaho we ibang bansa.
