After 3 yrs ngaun lang po ulit kami nag sex ng bf ko and after po nun dinugo ako..2 weeks na po ako nag saspotting. Is it normal?

May possibility kasi na ntrauma yung cervix mo or mga lining ng vaginal canal mo dahil sa intensity ng sexual act kaya ka dinugo. baka naman nag mens ka rin kaya npatagal.
