Ano po ba yung dapat gagawin kapag yung land owner tsaka tenant ng lupa magsesettle sa DAR pero yung owner takot ng pumunta sa kanyang lupa kasi yung tenant may history na po sla (owner) na hinabol ng itak yung owner sa walang kadahilanang rason.
