Ancestral home na walang titulo?

Please help me with our case. may ancestral home po kami way back 1992 kami tumira, Nun time na yun walang titulo or  papeles yun home namin kumbaga informal settler kami. Then late 90's , nag demand yun may heirs ng may ari ng lupa na bayaran sila . Nag bayad yun father ko at nag issue yun owner ng lot ng deed of sale under my name at sa kapatid ko, Till now wala pa rin title.Present day now, humingi ng share yun kapatid ng tatay ko since ancestral home yun property. May habol ba sila kahit yun father ko ang nag settle ng payment sa heirs ng may ari ng lupa?

Sa Pilipinas, ang ownership ng property ay kadalasang naka-base sa legal na dokumento tulad ng Deed of Sale at Land Title. Kung ang Deed of Sale ay naka-pangalan sa'yo at sa iyong kapatid, sa legal na aspeto, kayong dalawa ang may-ari ng lupa.

Ang pagiging "ancestral home" ng property ay hindi awtomatikong nagbibigay-daan para sa iba pang miyembro ng pamilya na mag-claim ng ownership, lalo na kung ang pag-aari ay naayon na sa legal na paraan.
