Kung nasa inyo na po ang Owner's Copy ng Transfer Certificate of Title noong dating may-ari, isu-surender po ninyo ito sa REgister of Deeds. May checklist po sila ng mga documents na kailangan ninyong ipasa, at mga buwis na kailangan ninyong bayaran (real estate tax, capital gains tax, etc.)
