Dapat po muna ninyong i inquire sa LGU na nag award nito if nabayaran na po ba lahat ng amortization ng nasabing property at binigyan na po kayo ng certification na naiaward na po ito sa mga magulang po ninyo. If okay na po lahat pwede naman na ipangalan ito sa lahat ng anak ng inyo pong mga magulang bilang heirs so in this case kayong lahat na mga anak ng inyong mga magulang ay registered co-owners nito. Maari rin namang na iisa nalang ang iparegistered bilang owner however dapat bayaran po ninyo ang share ng inyong mga kapatid at kailangang may written agreement po tungkol dito.
