Meron sila isa anak...patay na po yung kalive in niya and nakaraang taon namatay na din papa namin heart attack. Ngayon po itong kalive in ay may 4 na anak sa unang asawa. At sila po ay nagclaim na sila ang may karapatan dahil nakapangalan daw ang deed of sale sa nanay nila. Ano po ba ang aming laban dito? Alam sa baranggay na ang papa naming OFW ang nagpundar at alam din sa baranggay nila na walang source of income ito. I would presume na ang kalive in ng papa ninyo happened during the time na nawala na ang ina ninyo or legally separated na.
