Kasal po ang kinakasama ko at may anak sila, yung asawa niyang babae nabuntis ito ng ibang lalake at inilihim at pinaako sa mismong asawa niya, (dahil walang ebedenxa na hindi kanya ang bata, apelyido niya ang ginamit dahil kasal sila!) Kapag po ba napatunayan sa DNA test na di niya talaga anak ang bata, pwede bang makulong ang asawa niya?? At pwede bang hindi siya magsustento sa anak ng babae kahit nakaapelyido sa kanya??! 6 years old na po ang bata, pro alam niyang d niya talaga anak yun kasi wala xng narrmdamang lukso ng dugo! Komplikado po, ang sitwasyon dahil 2 bata ang alam niyang d niya anak, pwede o ba maging ground yun para mapawalang bisa ang kasal nila dahil may ebedenxa na may anak ang asawa niya sa ibang lalake?? Pasok po ba yun sa Adultery?? At ano po pwedeng ikaso sa amin ng asawa niya? Di kami nagsasama ngayon! Magkahiwalay kami! Please help po!!
Ano po ang pwedeng ikaso sa asawa ng kinakasama ko, kasal sila at my 4 na anak pro yung dalawa duon ay di niya anak!?

You have to prove in court muna na hindi anak niya ang dalawang bata. Hindi pwedeng assumption lang po bago kasi it will affect the status of the child. Pareha lang naman ang estado nila nangaliwa both parties kaya lang yung asawa may anak. If maestablish din na may karelasyon ang husband pati ikaw pwede makasuhan kaya lang sinabi po ninyong hiwalay na kayo pero may mga tao naman na maaring witness sa realsyon po ninyo. Maari kasing maging defense niya na nagkaanak siya sa iba kasin may kinakasama na rin ang husband niya at maaring ikaw yon. So I guess the best way is magpa annul nalang po sila. Either party can file for it depende na po sa ground na makikita ng handling lawyer po.
