Pwede naman po kasuhan siya but you need evidence or witnesses to support your allegation po. It is difficult to file a case if wala po yan you need to gather evidence na mayroon ka lalo na sa sinabi po ninyo na may mga convo kayong na isend sa ibang tao maari kasing makasuhan siya for online libel sa ginawa niya. If I were you kung up to now ayaw pa rin niyang tumigil you can look for a lawyer to send him a Demand letter para tigilan na niya ang pang gugulo or else you might be forced to file a case against him. Baka in that way titigil na siya if ayaw pa rin pwede na po ninyong ireport ito sa Police at magpatulong sa kanilang office to file a criminal complaint sa Office of the Prosecutor po.
