Ang totoo kaya kami nghiwalay dahil nalaman ko May 2 n siyang anak sa Pilipinas. Napilitan Po akong i divorce siya at nag asawa ba Po ako ng iba at namuhay ng tahimik. Siya din ay sumama na sa babaeng nabuntis niya. Ngayon ngfile siya ng annullment sa Pinas Pero ginawan niya ako ng story na masama para ma grant yun annullment namin. Siguro balak niya mgpakasal sa Pinas at makuha sila sa mga anak ko dito sa Canada kasama ang bago niya kinakasama. Ang tanong ko Po kung inignore ko Po yun annullment at ma grant, hindi Po ba mkakaapekto to sa buhay ko s Pinas yun annullment kasi ako yun pinalabas niyang masama? Ano Po yun consequences kung hayaan ko nln yun file niya sa akin kasi magastos kung magcounter pa ako. Worried lang Po ako kung May epekto Po yun sa akin. Sa tingin ko if you have properties to protect lalo na if acquired within that marriage mas mabuti naman na magfile ng answer however if wala naman hayaan nalang po ninyo para mapadali ang decree of annulment. With your present situation both of you are living in with your new partners so mas mabuti nalang na legally terminated na ang marriage para naman it will give you the chance to build a new family/new marriage. Advantage if annulled na kayo whatever properties acquired after the annullment ay wala na pong share ang ex-husband po ninyo nito.

Ang worried ko Lang Po ay Yun kasinungalingan at sobrang paninirang puri niya sa akin.. hindi Po ba ito makkaappekto pag bumili ako ng property sa Pinas, or kumuha ng clearance or passport or etc.. makakaapekto sa buhay ko sa Pinas. Kasi kung wala Naman at status lang Yun mbabago sa buhay ko e pabor ako doon kasi my pamilya na kaming dalawa. Wala naman kaming property pero bumili ako ng condo ba hinuhulugan ko ngayon under our marriage Hindi p naman bayad Yun kasi pre selling. So pwede ko pa po b yun ipabago? Salamat po! God bless po!
