May nagpaligaw po kasi sa akin 2 years po siya nagpaligaw sa akin at 2years po siya umuutang sa akin hanggang umabot na po sa mahigit 75,000pesos na po utang niya sa akin.di ko po sinisingil kasi naliligaw ako tapos bigla tinakasan po nay ako di ko na po alam saan siya at wala balak magbayad.kumpleto po ako resibo at text messages ng mga utang niya.ano po pwede ko ikaso sa kanya at pwede ko po ba gamitin tx messages at mga resibo ebidensya sa mga utang niya?
Ano po kaso pwede isampa para makulong ang tumakas sa utang sa akin?

If yan lang ang evidence po ninyo na may utang siya maari po kayong magfile for collection case. Importante po na magpadala kayo ng Demand Letter sa kanyang address at personally mareceive po niya ito. Magpagawa po kayo sa isang lawyer. Maari ring magsampa kayo ng reklamo sa office of the Barangay if kayo ay both residents of the same Barangay. If hindi naman po resident of the same Barangay you may file sa Barangay where she is a resident if papayag po ang nasabing Barangay or ang taong nireklamo po ninyo. There are times magkaayos lang kayo sa Barangay level lang po pero kung hindi bibigyan kayo ng Certification to File Action na siyang part of your evidence na isubmit po ninyo sa Court. Sa nasabing amount pwede po kayong magfile ng Small Money Claims sa Municipal Trial Court sa inyong lugar po. Hindi na po kailangang ang lawyer sa court for this case kayo lang po the parties of this case.
