Ang ginamit po niya simula pagkabata ay MARIAL hanggang sa sya ay magtrabaho ngunit ang tunay na maiden name ng kanyang nanay ay MANREAL at yun sana ang gusto nyang gamitin.Bago pa man kami magpakasal ay nalaman namin na MARIEL naman ang nakalagay sa kanyang NSO Birth Certificate. Nung kami naman ay nagpakasal ay ginamit namin ang MANREAL. Ano po kaya ang dapat naming gawin para maayos ang kanyang birth certificate at magamit na ang tunay na apelyido niya na MANREAL??
