Kung may karapatan po ba ang isang agency na i hold nila yung passport ko though sila gumastos nun?? Tsaka di pa po ako nakapirma ng contrata.Gusto ko po kasi makuha passport ko eh sabi ng agency na pinag applyan ko dati eh kelangan daw bayaran ko daw po muna yung nagastos nila worth 10k lahat. Nag back out po kasi dati dahil nagka family problem po.Wala po kasi ako ganun halaga so plano ko po na baka pwede yung passport ko nalang po muna yung babayaran ko para makuha ko na po.

Unang-una depende sa written agreement between you and the agency. Kung nakasaad na pwede nilang i hold ang passport until mabayaran mo ang iyong obligation laban sa kanila at ikaw naman ay nakapirma sa agreement then you will be bound by it. Pero kung wala naman baka pwede ninyong manegotiate yan sa agency at mag issue nalang kayo ng promissory note sa remaining balance. Dapat naman kasing bayaran mo ang mga ginastos nila sa pagprocess ng inyong application provided may mga official receipt or proper accounting naman kung para saan ang mga ginastos nila.
