My katanungan po ako na sanay inyong matugunan. Kami pong mgasawa ay nakabili ng bahay at lupa kay Ms.z.ang bahay at lupa ay nabili nmn ni Ms.z sa bangko kung saan ito ay kanyang tinubos duon at pinatransfer sa kanyang pangalan ngunit dhl sya ay ofw ay hndi nya na ito naalagaan at hinayaan na muna patirahin ung dtng myari ng bahay at lupa pansamantala! Ang aking pong kalbaryo ay ayaw po umalis ng dting my ari sa bahay na ito dhl sila daw ay may laban pa..my katotohanan po ba ito at ano naman po kaya iyon? Gusto ko na po kasi silang paalisin at pakinabangan ang ariarian aming nabili.

Sa ilalim po ng batas ng Pilipinas, kung sino po ng registered owner ng lupa, sila po ang may karapatan.
1. Nasa inyo po ba ang Owner's Copy noong TCT?
2. Naipa-rehistro na po ba ninyo ang inyong deed of sale sa likod ng titulo?
3. Kasi po, kung inyo nang naipa-rehistro ang Deed of Sale ninyo sa likod ng Titulo, at naghihintay na lamang po kayo na mai-release sa inyo ang bagong titulo sa inyong pangalan, puede po kayong magdemanda para mapaalis ang dating may-ari.

Kailangan po ninyong pumunta sa bangko, magpa-gawa kayo ng affidavit na nagsasaad ng mga pangyayari (isinanla ang lupa, na-ilit ito, nabili noong Ms. Z at tinubos ito mula sa kanila).

Kailangan po ninyo ng abogado. Kasi po, kayo ay magpa-file ng kaso sa husgado para mapa-alis ang dating may-ari. Kayo ang may karapatan sa lupa, kaya, huwag kayong mangimi.
