Solaire Resort and Casino is the first to open five-star hotel in the highly anticipated Entertainment City project along the Philippine’s famed Manila Bay. It is located in Pasay City, near the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. It currently has approximately 500 luxuriously appointed rooms, suites and bayside villas as well as resort-style pool facilities, bars and entertainment lounges. In addition, there is a state-of-the-art ballroom and meeting space, and a fully equipped spa and fitness center.
Every holy week, my family and I would go for a trip to Tagaytay or check-in a hotel around Manila to spend quality time together. This year, we decided to go to Solaire for an overnight stay. We booked for two deluxe harbour view rooms via Agoda.com. It is a 43 sqaure meter room with one king bed and one extra bed.

During the time we stayed at Solaire, the only restaurant open is the Lucky Noodles. It is a 24-hour casual dining chinese restaurant that serves dimsum, noodle soup, dry noodles, congee, rice topping, etc. It's price ranges from 200-400 pesos which makes it one of the most affordable place to dine-in in Solaire.

Inside the hotel, there is also a food court that caters different types of cuisine such as American and Asian. For lunch, we ordered our food from Pan Asian and Chicken Licken. We also ordered desserts from Patisserie.
Beef Rendang from Pan Asian -- Very delicious!
Rotisserie Chicken from Chicken Licken
Blueberry Cheesecake and Walnut Ice Cream from Patisserie
Overall, Solaire is probably the best hotel I've ever been to here in Manila mainly because of its modern interior and facilities. And also because of the enormous pool and the nice view from there.
