Buntis or paranoid po?

I am 23, 4'10 tall, and around 55 in kilos. I have always been regular with my period until November 2017 (when I just had a brown spotting for a day, happened on the exact day I am expecting my period) and June 2018 (had brown spotting for 4-5 days). I haven't been sexually active with men. The last contacts that I had with men is when my ex boyfriend and I had dry sex last October 2017 (1 week after my period) and February 2018 (2 weeks after I finished my period). I also find out that whenever he tries to finger me, I bleed for a few days (2-3 days) so we avoided it as much as we can.

Since I did not have my period last Novemver 2017, I got really scared that maybe some of his sperms were able to enter my vagina during our dry sex. Tried a pregnancy test 1 week after I missed my period (it was negative) and another one on the next week (also negative). Since I can't get my mind off my concern (since I'm not yet ready to have a baby), I consulted an obgyne (December 2017). I also had a negative PT during the consultation so she conducted an intravaginal ultrasound just to be sure. We found out that I am not pregnant, had not been ovulating completely, and that my uterine lining was too thin to induce my period. She also said that I was showing some symptoms of PCOS (although not full blown PCOS yet) so I need to watch my diet and exercise. She suggested me to take provera, although she was a bit adamant about it since for her, it wasn't a case of hormonal imbalance. Ironically, I got my period 2 weeks after my consultation without having the need to take provera. Have been regular from December to May (3 days and my period filling most of the pads I used) then July (took 2 PTs since I only had spotting last June and it was negative again) to August.

Now come June when I only had spotting. I'm scared that it might be *cryptic pregnancy* since I'm not showing any obvious signs of pregnancy.

Added info: I've also been gaining weight recently since I've been eating too much fast food due to stress. I also don't have the luxury of time to exercise since I have been tired at work. On July, my period was delayed for 4 days, then on August, I was delayed for 8 days.

I have been greatly stressed about this and it'sa causing me to think of something irrational. Please help me. What do you think about my case?

If your last sexual contact is last February and your PT is negative in June chances are you're paranoid and not really pregnant. If you want to make sure, you can try to have an ultrasound. That'sa a positive sign of pregnancy, if it'sa negative then for sure you're not pregnant 100%. Also you said you have PCOS, it sig ificantly decreases the chance of being pregnant and the weight gain may be just a weight gain or a sign or endocrine problems. You should consult your OB and your family Physician if you have further concerns so they can evaluate you properly.
