February 2017 nag apply po ako na DH sa HK. Pina medical napo nila kami (3500) tas photo and video (1550) kinuha na rin nila original passport namin. 3mos napo ang nakalipas wala pa rin po kaming employer. pag check ko po sa site, hindi nila inupload photo and video namin so imposible po talagang magkaka employer kasi wala naman photo and video namin dun. so i decided na mag back out napo. My question is, can i ask for a refund para sa mga nagastos ko?

Ikaw pala ang gumastos noong para sa medical at sa video and photo? Nasa iyo ang mga resibo noong ginastos mo? May contract ka bang pinirmahan sa agency? Kasi, mayroon silang obligasyon na ikaw ay ikuha nila ng trabaho. Kung hindi nila man lamang in-upload ang iyong photo at video, eh, di, violation na kaagad iyon dahil sa talagang hindi ka maikukuha ng trabaho nila.
So, I suggest, dalhin mo ang iyong mga papeles sa PAO o kaya sa IBP office na pinaka-malapit sa inyo. Sila ang makakabasa ng mga papeles mo upang makapag-bigay sila ng opinion kung may karapatan kang makuha ulit ang iyong mga ginastos.
Iyon kasing gastos para sa medical, kapakinabangan mo na iyon dahil sa, at least, alam mo na ikaw ay fit to work, iyon nga lang, may expiration kasi ang mga medical certificates. Iyong para sa video at photo, baka makuha mo ang mga video at photo mo para magamit mo sa pag-a-apply sa iba. So, baka sa halip na cash ay ibigay sa iyo ang lahat ng iyong mga gamit at papeles. I don't really know.
