Kailangan po ninyong basahin ang mga nakasaad na condition sa Certificate of Stewardship po. Kasi kapag nakalagay na pwede itong maibenta sa ibang tao provided sila yung magpapatuloy sa pag cultivate nito maaring hindi na po ito mababawi lalo na if ito ay naibenta narin nga nakabili sa ibang tao or sa buyer in good faith na walang alam sa mga prohibitions. Maari kasing sa Certificate may nakalagay na hindi pwedeng maibenta ngunit ang mode of transfer lang nito is by way of succession meaning dapat maipamana lang ito in that way pwede pa siguro ninyo itong mabawi ngunit kailangan dumaan sa processo sa korte. Mas mabuting puntahan po ninyo ang opisina na nag award ng Certificate of Stewardship at alamin kung ano ang magagawa po ninyo tungkol dito.
