Concubinage, please help

My mom and dad are married here in the philippines but went to the US and now american citizen. My dad went home here in the philippines and he has 2 mistresses with kids already. Can my mom file concubinage? Please advise. Thanks

Ganito kasi iyon. Ang marriage laws ng Pilipinas only applies to Filipino citizens. Ang mga magulang mo ba ay Filipino citizens pa din kahit na naging US citizens na sila? Sila ba ay nag-reacquire ng kanilang Filipino citizenship matapos silang maging US citizens?
Kasi, kung hindi, the laws of the US apply. Depende sa kung anong state sila citizens, kung mayroong divorce sa state nila, puedeng i-divorce ng nanay mo ang tatay mo.
Ang hindi ko alam, kung sa US ba ay crime pa ang adultery o concubinage. Dito lang yata sa atin ito crime. Tapos, kailangan din bumalik sa PIlipinas ang nanay mo para dito mag-hain ng demanda sa Prosecutor's Office.
Mahabang proseso kasi, at kumakain ng panahon. Ang pinaka-maganda ay, hit the spouse where it will hurt the most -- the wallet. Sa Amerika, ang divorce, lalo na kung for-cause o hindi no-fault, maaaring makuha ng babae ang substantial portion ng marriage assets. That is the best revenge, I think. Mahilig din lang lumaboy ang lalaki at manghabol ng ibang babae, tignan lang natin kung hindi siya iwanan ng kanyang babae kung hindi na niya maibigay an luho niya at wala nang pangsustento ang lalaki. This is what I always advise women who come to me in tears.
