hello atty. i want to ask on what can i do about my school, they made us sign an affidavit before we graduate last march that we must attend a review to be assist by the school before we review in an intensive review. it says that if we fail to pass the mock board we are not allowed to attend the intensive review. another problem is I can't afford to take the review which was pushed by the school so I plan on working to earn for my intensive review. the problem here is they might not allow me to take my credentials and apply for board exam. i hope you can help me with this issue. thank you

You need to consult a lawyer. Una, hindi ko nakita ang pinirmahan mong agreement sa iyong school. Pangalawa, hindi ko alam kung ano ang rules ng iyong school.
Sa totoo, basta't bayad ka sa lahat ng iyong tuition at school fees, puede mong makuha ang lahat ng iyong academic records. Kung hindi nila ito ibibigay sa iyo kahit na kuhanin mo ito at bayaran mo ang transcript mo, puede mo silang ihabla sa Commission on Higher Education.
